Meditation of the Week

Deep Memory of a Past Projection

Past Projections can tempt, hypnotize, and distract us. A deep memory holds the

impact of trauma, of disruptions of our identity. This Projection goes away from

that. It is cautious about intensity from the past. Too much of this Projection,

and depression, detachment, and lower learning develop. Too little and

nostalgia, procrastination, and regrets dominate. When balanced, you become a

rapid social learner. You are quick to avoid past temptations, and are able to

let go of things that do not concern or serve you now.

Synchronization Meditation

Sit straight. Eyes look at the tip of the nose. Place the fingertips of each

hand together with the other hand. Form a “teepee†and place it in front of

the torso at the level of the solar plexus. Fingers are spread and facing

forward. Inhale deeply through the nose. Hold as you mentally chant “Saa taa

naa maa†once. Then exhale by segmenting the breath in eight equal strokes.

Breathe out through the rounded mouth. The exhale is not from the tip of the

lips; it comes from the middle of the mouth and is generated from the navel. By

the eighth exhale, pull the navel point all the way back towards the spine.

Continue for 11 minutes. Increase the time slowly to 31 minutes.

The past is dropped. The five elements clear to reveal your real self. You see

all without being caught up in any of it. Let go, let it flow.

Regards,

Harpreet  Singh

Sat Nam !

Tahank you for your kind help.

Here's what I found , as I didn't know the maha bhanda. And, btw, it is

definetly an anxiety...

Here :

" This technique consists in the application of three locks at the same time

while holding the breath out in perfect posture and concentration. It is

practiced after breathing exercises, Pranayama, and postures. "

Is this what you were thinkig about when said that I could use the maha bhanda ?

I'm moving to another country and I have some anxiety and fear.

My stomach has been really bad since I learned I had my residence visa approved.

Is this a good meditation to anxiety and also to deal with the stomach?

Thanks!

SAT NAM,

Stomach discomfort is a symptom of anxiety and uneasiness, focus on breathe,

it will soothe the emotions

When u feel anxious, do this quickies below

arms infront at the level of navel, palms one over the other, pointing opposite

to each other.

distance between them is about 6inchs.

move the arms up as u breathe in till neck and move them down uptil navel

breathing out without varying the distance between them. repeat 3mins.

this will calm the mind instantly.

Next one,

bring the tips of thumb and index finger like a spark and release, thumb and

middle together like a spark and release, thumb and ring finger like a spark and

release, thumb and little finger like a spark and release, repeat whispering sa

ta na ma, sa ta na ma...

next one,

when u r driving if u feel anxiety hold the thumb and touching the middle and

the little finger, this is instantly re-wire the brain..

enjoy!  my prayers that u feel can transmute this energy..

Thank you very much for your reply!

I couldn't understand it perfectly.

I didn't understand this: " ...palms one over the other " . Should it be one over

the other or plams facing each other? Also, what should be the eyes focus?

Also: " ...hold the thumb and touching the middle and the little finger.. " . Do

you mean just touch the three together?

Thanks!
