Guest guest Posted December 1, 2009 Report Share Posted December 1, 2009 Hi, I was wondering: Do I need to read a special book about sadhana or can I just wake up at 4:00 AM and practice until 6:00 AM using a book like " Relax and Renew " , and go through the exerices in the order in which they're presented in the book? Should I begin by starting at 5:00 AM and work my way back to 4:00 AM? Also, I don't have a window in my apartment that allows a lot of sun. Does this matter?
