I did not know something about this art of living until I saw that video. I think a great intro. I want to say that in Iran we cant " t use U tube & many sites and the speed of internet is too low can i have a suggestion  for this problem? So I did search it in some torrent finder (there are many) and I have downloaded the complete video from there.
