Guest guest
Hello all! I have a quick question about the Sodarshan Chakra Kriya, specifically about how to do the navel pumps. Should the navel be pumped in an out for each Wah-hay-Guru or should the navel be taken in at Wah, taken in some more at hay (without releasing) and still more at Guru, before releasing it?? Any other tips/suggestions for someone (me!) embarking on a 40 day commitment? Thanks much, Riya

Guest guest
i've heard 2 ways of doing the pumping. I used to do wha hay guru the same way you described it. When doing sck, it helps when you do breath of fire before it. Keep doing the kriya and do not stop on those 40 days Kundalini-Yoga , riya <mailriya204 wrote: > > Hello all! > > I have a quick question about the Sodarshan Chakra Kriya, specifically about > how to do the navel pumps.
