Crown chakra; hot little oven

Hi,

I was wondering if the psychic heat caused by meditating on the crown chakra can

lead to dryness of the skin on the top of the head. I have soreness there when I

touch it and it's itchy. My first thought is that psychic heat isn't the same as

physical heat but when I put my hand on the top of my head it's like a hot

little oven element up there. My scalp isn't dry on any other part than at the

crown chakra.
