Guest guest
Katherine, I still have the last email wrote about Yoga. I found it useful. Keep it on file for future use __________________ Hatha Yoga is the best Yoga practice for the clearing of the Kundalini pathways. The yoga of body mastery. Raja Yoga is good for activation. It represents the control of mental activity, and can release powerful spiritual and physical energies. Kundalini Yoga is also an excellent preparatory activity for the arousal and sustained flow of the Kundalini energies. Bhakti yoga is the divine as the embodiment of love. The union of love and devotion. Karma yoga - Teaches selfless activity without reward or praise. The union of action and service. Tantric yoga - Harnessing sexual energies by use of ancient mystic techniques and attitudes. It is from these 6 yoga's that the Kundalini teachings, as represented on this site, are drawn from. Guest guest
What you can get in that circumstance. The most important aspect is practicing away from the class. At home or where ever you are comfortable. Most Yoga instructors do not have much or any information about Kundalini. So they may throw some scary programming at you if you mention it to them. So take the class but get your Kundalini information where you feel most comfortable. - blessings - chrism Access over 1 million songs - Music Unlimited. Guest guest
Thank you for the post - I see I should've done a search on the subjet. I will try to remember to do that in the future. Guest guest
I always recommend Hatha yoga. But Kundalini yoga is also good. Raja Yoga, even hot yoga (if you can stand it) Any kind of movement that will stretch the body will suffice but the yogas were designed for the Kundalini. - mrshorse_fool <mrshorse_fool wrote: Thank you for the post Chrism - I see I should've done a search on the subjet.
