What it will do for YOU Relax and calm Give Clarity & greater alertness Speeds up healing physical & emotional Reduce insecurity & fear Restore the aura Increase lung capacity & clearing the mucus linings of the small air sacs ( alveoli ) preventing toxic build-up Stimulates the production of endorphins in the brain/reduces depression Helps regulate pH in the body which in turn helps you to handle stress !! Practice LDB daily. You can do it anywhere. Strictly nose breathing... Just begin by slowing down the in-breath and peace of mind will follow. Simply inhale with a relaxed belly (big buddha belly) and exhale completely - belly button to spine empty all air out. Briefly hold the breath out and release for the breath to enter.
