Guest guest
Sat Nam:  A beautiful and most profound Mantra for a 31 min meditation. Either for your Sadhana or for a class. In a class, it will elevate it in its entirety, collectively, even if some students may not get it.  " I am bountiful, blissful, and beautiful. Bountiful, blissful, and beautiful I am. Ek ong kaar sat gurprasaad Anand bhaya mayree maa-ay satiguroo mai paa-yaa Satiguroo taa paa-yaa sehej saytee Man vajeeaa vaadhaaeeaa Raag ratan parvaar pareeaa shabd gaavan aaeeaa Shabdo taa gaavho haree kayraa man jinee vasaa-yaa Kahai naanak anand hoaa satiguroo mai paa-yaa "  Translation as described in the Aquarian Teacher manual:  " The Creator and the Creation are One. I know this by the Grace of the Guru. Oh my mother, I am in Infinite bliss for I have obtained the True Guru (the Word, the Shabd Guru). I have met that True Guru easily, naturally; divine music bursts in my heart. The rhythmic beats are like cosmic jewels and bring all powers through Divine Songs. When God resides in you, the mind is filled by and echoes with divine praise. Nanak proclaims I dwell in supreme bliss for I have merged with the True Guru "  The manual goes on to explain: " This mantra is for self-esteem and self-cofidence. After the affirmation " I am bountiful, blissful, and beautiful " are words from the first part of Anand Sahib-the Song of Bliss-and the mantra Ek Ong Kar Satgur Prasade which elevates the self beyound duality and establishes the flow of spirit. "  It is so beautiful that I felt necessary to copy it directly from the manual. This, with all respects to our teachers. It is a most beautiful but serious mantra. It may take years to begin to understand its meaning. That is why, chanting it in meditation, will make you experience its meaning without necessarily cognitively understanding it. When the mind fills with Divine, and God resides in it, all the echoes of divine praise manifest because the mind has emptied itself; no more facets, no more ego. And in an empty vessel, God, through the Shabd, manifests. The mergintg with the True Guru can not be explained nor understood. It is a state of bliss.  Sat Nam Adi Singh --- On Sun, 1/10/10, mybabylet <mybabylet wrote: mybabylet <mybabylet Kundalini Yoga Bountiful Blissful Beautiful Mantra Nirinjan Kaur Kundaliniyoga Sunday, January 10, 2010, 2:39 PM  Sat Nam, Would anyone be able to help me out with the mantra that goes along with Nirinjan Kaur's Bountiful Blissful Beautiful track?
