Sat Nam, Yesterday a man sitting on the bleachers next to me at my daughter's

practice, told me about a car accident he was in. He said he had broken his

spine and had a rod in his neck. His nerves are pinched and he has a burning

sensation all over his body. He asked me what he could do to regenerate his

nerves. I suggested breath of fire. What else would be good if limited spine

action is a problem?

Hi Lily,

Thorough ananlysis is needed on this. My knowledge concern spine is very

important part for any yogis. U have not mentioned where the exact place it got

broken.

Normally if there is any breakage in the spine he may not be in the normal

stage.

Can u eloborate the exercise u gave to him???

regards,

Anand-India.
