Guest guest
Sat Nam, Yesterday a man sitting on the bleachers next to me at my daughter's practice, told me about a car accident he was in. He said he had broken his spine and had a rod in his neck. His nerves are pinched and he has a burning sensation all over his body. He asked me what he could do to regenerate his nerves. I suggested breath of fire. What else would be good if limited spine action is a problem?
