Sat Nam Everyone-

I'm going to start 120 day round of Subagh Kriya and wanted to get folks

feedback on their experience with it. I've done it a few times before in classes

and loved it. If all goes well I might just shoot for a 1000 days.

We'll see.

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

I also had a question about the focus of the eyes. I know in the last exercise

the eyes are closed and for the first exercise the eyes are open but focused on

the nose. What about exercises two-four?

Thanks.
