Guest guest
This is the L in the head: " Visualize or feel each individual sound come in the crown chakra at the top of the head, down through the middle of the head and out to infinity through the third eye. This is very important and must be done with each sound. It is an essential part of the cleansing process. If this part of the meditation is not done, you may experience a headache. " It must be done during the whole meditation, not only during the silent part. Warm hug! Guest guest
Sat Nam " Expertofexpert " and sangat, maybe at these webpages we can find more info about Kirtan Kriya * Sa Ta Na Ma * (Bifurcated: Sa-a, Ta-a, Na-a, Ma-a http://www.kundaliniyoga.com/clients/ikyta/webshell.nsf/01a12c2dcd68bad0872566bf\ 0057f2b1/9deb41198c57f7c087256d44005c06e9/$FILE/TT_KirtanKriya.pdf " ...moving through the Crown Chakra into the solar center (Tenth Gate) and out through the Third Eye Point as it is projected to Infinity... " http://www.yogajournal.com/practice/2681 " ...imagining that the sounds come in through the crown and exit through the third eye in an L shape... " http://www.pinklotus.org/-%20KY%20Meditation%20kirtan%20kriya.htm " ...sounds in the " L " form. This means that when you meditate you feel there is a constant inflow of cosmic energy into your solar center, or tenth gate As the energy enters the top chakra, you place Sa, Ta, Na, or Ma there. As you chant " Sa, " fo example, the " S " starts at the top of your head and the " A " ends through the brow point as it is projected to infinity. This energy flow follows the energy pathway called the golden cord — the connection between the pineal and pituitary glands. " http://www.kundalini-yoga-info.com/jaapsahib.html " You visuzlize the energy coming in through the top of the head and going out the 3rd eye.
