SAD suffered -Sadhana help

Sat Nam all,

last few months i have really struggled to get up in the mornings and practice

my routine, i am fine in summer, but recenlty i have been demotivated, lacking

energy generally lethargic, i believe i suffer from SAD (seasonal affective

disorder) any advice will be welcome that can get me back on track.

If it is SAD, spend some time each day outdoors and/or get a full spectrum light

that you sit in front of for a period of time.

Sat Nam!

 

I was told by a nutritionist to take 5000 units of vit D a day. I can feel an

inner strength from this. It helps the immune system function better as well.

Although I suggest taking vit D in the am. It kept me awake when I took some at

5 pm.

Would you have any suggestions for arthritis of the lower spine? I'm

64 and a teacher of Kundalini yoga, but it's not improving.
