Guest guest
I have found yoga the " key " to both addiction recovery and a life of peace unspeakable...I was always a very spiritual person as I am a professional psychic, that comes from a family of it. Yet, although I was always very successful financially--and had all that I wanted there was always " something missing " . To fill the void I tried everything! Nothing on the outer of course ever worked---I have come to find that nothing on the outer can ever make you happy! Happiness comes from in us--- Yoga--helped me so so much to see this. Our world really goes from the inside out--so when we are happy all things come to us very easy and they come with inner wealth and this feeling of gratitude and appreciation that can not be put into words. I have heard all these horror stories about the kundalini rising and even once had a book of the horror of kundalini rising, that I bought by accident lol. I have been doing this for many years---the only thing I have experienced---is bliss unspeakable! I first went through several years of clearing, where I would get all this heaviness in my gut---and I actually lost all my of my earthly possessions (rental properties, businesses, stocks, etc etc etc) that I had falsely identified myself with. Once I realized that i am not my education, my things, or my profession...I came into this place--it is like something woke up in me and opened its eyes! Since that time, everything has come back---yet it has come with freedom---I dont have tenants! I dont have Employees! I have freedom!---Now, I have true wealth both inner and outer. Persistence and Consistence this is the key---Winner is a loser that doesn't give up... Your spiritual study and practice is worth every min you put into it. Keep in mind that the lotus flower always comes from the mud. So ,yes, you do have to go through the wilderness to get to the promised land. I am so glad i didn't give up---life as I once knew it--was not life at all... Richest blessings, d.j. ownbey TO GO TO D.J.
