Kriya or meditation to help focus for ADD

Hi all:

 

I have a dear friend with bad add that makes it very difficult for him to

prioritize and take decisions and move forward, and it is complicated by

depression and anxiety. Any kriyas or short meditations that would help?

Kirtan Kriya is good for balance, depression and focus. Ganesha meditation is

great for focus. I have a brain injury and many of the symptoms are similar to

ADD. These two meditations have helped me a lot. They can both be found in

David Shannahoff Khalsa's " Kundalini yoga meditation. " In fact, the book has

a list of KY exercises specific for ADHD. I found the book at my local library.

Its also available thru Amazon.
