Remeber the knee joint's connected to the hip joint and so on. Your hips could

easily be mislined causing you the trouble in the knees and difficulty in easy

pose. I suggest a chiropractor to check out your alignment.

Satnam,

Find a structural integration practitioner, or rolfer. They work on and

manipulate the fascia, connective tissue that encase the muscles, joints and

bones.

I wouldn't just loosely recommend this, my mother and two sisters are

practitioners, and I have watched my mother work on people with scoliosis

with amazing results. I myself have had amazing results from rolfing, though

I personally do not have scoliosis.

I think there are quite a few healing modalities around now that will help

with your scoliosis, rolfing is not the only one, its just the one I know

of. At my kundalini yoga teacher training one of the trainers did

bodywork(some form of myofascial release I believe) and I'm sure her methods

would have been able to help you. Just trying to show you that there is

powerful help out there, don't let them tell you its irreversible.

Blessings on your journey.

Sat Nam!

Other than visiting another chiropractor (why not having another opinion?) I

suggest you to read the book of Nirvair Singh Khalsa " Heal Your Back Now! "
