Guest guest
Sat Nam, I created a sound file with cue tones in the right places for anyone doing 30 minutes. What's cool is free to any who want it. 5 minutes aloud 5 minutes whisper 10 minutes silent 5 minutes whisper 5 minutes aloud. http://www.gongsongs.com/audio/Kirtan Kriya Cues.mp3 To download: PC users use your right click options (Save link as...) Guest guest
That's so great you did this, thank you! If anyone has an iPhone, (or any recorder, the phones just handy) too, that's a good way. I just recorded on the voice memo, giving myself timed cues for each iteration. Yay technology for (yogic) technology! Guest guest
Sat Nam, Dharam, and all, I tried the link you provided for Kirtan Kriya and it does not work -- I believe there is a space or two that need to be removed. I went to your site and tried to find the " Audio " portion to locate the file and download it directly, but could not find it. Could you please resend the link. Interestingly, I've been inquiring about getting a CD or audio file for Kirtan Kriya. Thanks for doing and sharing!
