Hare Krishna,

Sri.Guru Ratanaaji

I am gaurav Loyalka from India (Kolkata) have been experiencing kundalini

awakening since few months but its giving me some trouble at the swathisthan

chakra whose activation has multiplied the sensual arousal and emmision even

while i am singing bhajans or anything ,although i am able to bear that intense

pressure at the mercy of radhekrishna but all i want is to sing without any

break or problem because my voice is my prana element.plzz guide through as to

how to stablise this chakra and vanish the kama element or if you could provide

me distant healing i would be really thankful to you.

Om Radhekrishnaya namah

SAT NAM,

In my experience it will settle down itself, keep up with the Kundalini Yoga

practice and as our frequency shifts we become more of a witness than the doer

at which point we tend to laugh at these things. my 2 cents.
