Guest guest
Hi Garret, welcome to this list. Only 19 hey? So young yet so on the path already, I think that youngsters just get more and more evolved.... I find myself looking into the eyes of babies in the street and I see ascended masters looking back...LOL. It's a joy to meet you, when I was your age I didn't know what " kundalini' even was, I was too busy clubbing...good times. Guest guest
Hello Puspanjali Ruth, Yes. If you can practice the safeties starting with the forgiveness you will go a great way in liberating yourself from some Karma. Karma balancing can also be achieved through actions of consideration and kindness to strangers with no though of recompense (including karma balancing) so as you allow this to become a part of who you are you will begin to do this naturally without thought of what it does for you. As important as the forgiving is so is the gratefulness as it demonstrates the action of being pleased and happy for the blessings already bestowed which in turn opens up more to be received. Service to others whether known or unknown is also a great template of beneficial love in action. This allows the aspects of the highest natures to give instruction that can pave the way for Kundalini without some of the more painful responses, and yet for most this part seems to be the most difficult as well. So my friend I will suggest the safeties in a way that allows for it to become a habit and a practice, not to be done all in one day, but everyday, to allow the conditioning of the emotional and physical and mental and spiritual bodies. Preparing the canvas before applying the paint. - many blessings Puspanjali Ruth- chrism Puspanjali Rath <ucopuspa wrote: Hello Friends, I am Puspanjali from India. Guest guest
it is notable that you are a banker and interested in the transmutation of karmic debts. I am quite sure that the financial system of credits and debits can provide ample analogies right within your own profession, which I suspect will teach a lot about a similar yet distinct system of karmic credits and debits; in this manner you would not necessarily have to give up your 'normal busy life'! best of luck in your pursuit. -brian , " Puspanjali Rath " <ucopuspa wrote: > > Hello Friends, > I am Puspanjali from India. > I am a 49 year old banker and I am unmarried. > About two years back a personal tragedy changed the course of my life. > I have started questioning a lot of things that we take for granted. > I became interested in Reiki,Silva and then Tendai......But all along > I have been interested of transmuting my karmic debts and my research > led me to realise that awakened kundalini clears up karmic debris. > So here I am. > Anybody can guide me in this regard on a path that I can follow in a > normal busy life? > Love to all. > Puspanjali >

Guest guest
Dear Chrism, First of all thank you for allowing me to join this wonderful group. I have been going through the back posts and there is a huge amount of information.I have also downloaded the files about safeties and Tibetian Rites.I have started the meditation with the way you have decribed with ease.I am also making it a point to be forgiving....... And this is the issue with me that I am learning......Learning to let go of the anger and bitterness and be thankful for the lesson my soul is learning..... There is just one problem. I am unable to do all the Tibetian Rites exactly as described even though I understand the neeed for making the spine flexible for the smooth flow of kundalini energy......I had polio at the age of five and I walk with the help of crutches...... I can do some stretching exercise.....Will that help? I am really keen on having my Kundalini energy awakened? So what do I do? Please guide me. Guest guest
I haven't had any particurly dramatic experiences since we last spoke. I am much happier than I was last year and have found an inner calm within myself. I have been practicing detachment, not being fearful, and just letting things go. I am more lighthearted and not so judgmental of myself and others anymore. I still have to work on things but I am really content right now. And things in my life over the past year or so seemed to work out best when I surrendered and was detached. Physically my head hurts a lot sometimes which actually may have to do with dehydration. And my heart area hurts a lot sometimes. That's pretty much it. ~Yasha , chrism <> wrote: > > Hello Yasha, > Please write me an up to date discription of all your symptoms since we last communicated. - > > shay_39_pisces <yoi1 wrote: > Hi Chrism, > I apologize for not being in touch for so long but I hope you and all > old and new members here are doing well. Guest guest
Breathe into the heart and sternum area using the chakra breathing. Please realize that as per your previous symptoms you have been on a plateau from phenomena, a nice one to be sure but perhaps some work is now calling for you to attend to these areas in your life and upon your body. Remember these interconnect. As you live and express so do you use the resources of the specific chakra and the connected resources of them all. So as you are feeling discomfort in a specific area look at what may need some attention or balancing in your " expressive nature " that has to do with that area or chakra. - Nice to read you again Yasha! - chrism
Guest guest
Thank you Chrism, What I found alleviated the pain was just allowing it to run its course. Next time I feel pain in whatever chakra I will try breathing through it. Emotionally I think I know what is effecting me but I am sure it will be resolved. It's nice hearing from you again too. ~Yasha , chrism <> wrote: > > Breathe into the heart and sternum area using the chakra breathing. Guest guest
Welcome Allison! I agree that we have a lot to learn from our dreams. Sometimes dreams even feel like alternate realities and perhaps some are. Keeping a dream journal is helpful in figuring out what dreams mean, and how they apply to your waking life. And of course having Sarita as a friend helps too lol ;-) Waking visions are very interesting indeed; I sometimes get symbols that appear in a quick flash leaving me to wonder their origin and intent. Anyhow, again welcome! Nice to have you here... love & light ~Jen~ , " brodyallison " <brodyallison wrote: > > My name is Allison Brody.
