My busy, stressful lifestyle depends on a bit of quality time spent on me. Yoga

is a must!  It makes me sharper,happier & in the " well zone " .

I was just in a competition and had to meditate before it began in order to

block out outside distractions

I pretty much emptied my mind and blocked out all distractions and went to a

quiet place. I got in second.
