Guest guest
Waves of Healing: Listening to the Voice of Your Soul by Dr. Siri Atma Singh Khalsa Waves of Healing reveals how being true to yourself plays a crucial role in your health and healing. It contains ten new Kundalini Yoga kriyas – one for each of the Ten Bodies – beautifully photographed in full color, and accompanied by meditations for the Ten Bodies and quotes by Yogi Bhajan. Excerpt from Waves of Healing: Every human being is unique and will live a unique life. The thoughts that create our unique truth are the most valuable things we have. Your truth isn't found in a book or in someone else in exactly the same way. You do not learn your truth from someone else, or from somewhere else. It is not something you learn in school or hear on television. When I meet you, I want to know what only you know. Your inherent truth is the one thing I cannot learn from anyone but you. You have to find your `you' and experience it; that is the total purpose of life. – YOGI BHAJAN You can become aware of who you truly are by studying situations in which people offend you. Why? When people hurt you, bump into you, or step on your toes, it is because you have a sensitivity they don't have. You know the dance; they are fumbling through this aspect of life. Often when you are hurt by others, it's because they don't have the insight you have. When people offend you, it reveals the subtlety or innate truth you have which they lack. Since the subtle body and soul are linked, that subtlety is your awareness of your soul. The subtlety of life is revealed when the voice of your soul speaks and your truth is manifested. This is how I describe `listening to the voice of your soul.'
