Guest guest
" Yoga Bhajan said at Winter Solstice 1972 that a person who wears pure white and meditates on this sound current for 2-1/2 hours a day for one year, will know the unknowable and see the unseeable. Through this constant practice, the mind awakens to the infinite capacity of the soul for sacrifice, service and creation. " --The Aquarian Teacher, Level One Yoga Manual, " Kirtan Kriya, " pp. 425-6. If you have completed or are in the process of doing this year-long practice, would you be interested in sharing your experiences? I'd like to ask about the details of the practice as well as to hear more about your experiences with this meditation overall. A basic question is, is this Kirtan Kriya? (25 min. normal voice, 25 min. whisper, 50 silent, 25 whisper, 25 normal voice.) Also, a practical questions, how difficult was it to find pure white everything, including warm shoes? Thank you for sharing any advice you have about this practice. With humble regards and appreciation, Gurujot Kaur Santa Fe, NM
