White Tantric Yoga; What is it? Why should I participate? Is it really that good

I am contemplating attending a white tantric yoga course in Eugene, Oregon on

April 7th

The cost is reasonable and it seems like a great thing to do. In fact, each

year there is a

white tantric yoga workshop offered and each year I ask myself...why attend?

 

I also see them offered each weekend all over the world.

One person I spoke to said that a day of white tantric yoga was like receiving

the benefits of

60 years of individual meditation; I mean that's like a lifetime.

 

Is it really that good? I have already attended many of these...what about

beginner students,

is it too difficult?

 

I see we have over 900 KY members that's a lot of tantric yoga

participants and lots of

peace and love and clearing of unwanted subconscious habits.
