Guest guest
This topic has quickly evolved into a quest for what's right and wrong. So I wanted to interject with this: Life isn't about what's right and what's wrong. Living by morality or right and wrong just makes us like robots: beings irresponsible for their own actions because they are predictable from rules that are come from outside of themselves. Life is really about connecting through awareness and from that place one can do no wrong. From that place one can get angry (e.g., Jesus at the temples), appear crazy (e.g., Saint Francis), live naked, become rich and famous, or whatever. Awareness guides the action. Kundalini Yoga is not about being vegetarian, but if you are, your digestion and energy will most probably be lighter. Your vibration will be higher. It is your choice. Being vegetarian by dogma does not allow you the freedom to become aware of who you truly are. Someone who was vegetarian by dogma, thought she was doing all the right things and got cancer. When she started eating raw meat, the cancer went away. Did the meat cure her? Maybe. I think it is that the cancer disappeared when she gave up her dogma. Sheepskins may come from sheep raised especially for human consumption. You may agree with that consumption or not. How you agree or disagree with it determines how much you live by dogma or awareness. Morality is a social convenience, but it does not help you on your spiritual path. There is a higher morality, that of the heart, and when you are with it, you may kill or you may cure, but it is all healing.
