Guest guest
Sat nam, ji. Anyone know a good meditation with mantra to chant, for a fellow yogi whose fetus just got its soul on the 120th day of pregnancy? Yogi Bhajan said the 120th day of pregnancy is when the soul enters the picture. I'm sure this will seem controversial to someone, so by all means post your questions or comments. We hope to chant any recommended mantra/meditation this week in Group Sadhana. Wahe guru, Amar Atma http://www.KundaliniYogaDC.com

Guest guest
Sat Nam, Yes, the Adi Shakti is a meditation I do in my Pregnancy Yoga classes at day 120 (roughly 16/17 weeks of pregnancy). I like to use the version done by Sada Sat Kaur on the album Angel's Waltz. The song has a great beat and I also incorporate Celestial Communication to go with the mantra which I learned in my pregnancy yoga teacher training with Gurmukh. And because this mantra is the ultra Female Shakti Power song, I also will do the Adi Shakti meditation for a pregnant student who is at or near her due date just to give her an extra boost.
