We have a very systematic, organic,

original fast. What is that folks? Can you read it to me? First

we start with what? Three days... three days... three days papaya.

And three days melons. Three days watermelon. Three days

bananas. Three days lemon and water. Three days water. And

then? Reverse it. Backwards. All part of the area will be taken

care of. Understood? Once a year, it is a must…Papaya,…for…Enzymes.

For releasing the depository in the tracts of digestion. If

you feel very hungry for three days on papaya, you can have one time papaya

filled with yogurt to the level and that is all maximum you can have. But

the yogurt has to be very soft...
