Sat Nam!

 

Whoops. I mistyped on the spice quantities - it's teaspoons, not

tablespoons of salt and turmeric.

 

two teaspoons of turmeric - (it will be pretty awful with 2 TBS)

 

2 tsp salt or to taste

2 tsp turmeric

2 tbs coriander

1 tbs chat or garam masala

1/4 - 1/2 tsp red chile flakes
