Guest guest
Sat nam, I just started a 40-day practice of the Meditation for Burnout from " Survival Kit. " The book says that the mudra causes a dormant state of energy, and the posture reduces the output of your authoritative magnetic field to zero. I don't know a lot about the magnetic field. But the way I'm interpreting those words, it sounds like the meditation shifts one into " idle " . Does this mean that there's no projection of the aura while doing this practice? Will this stop my ability to attract the things I need in my life or new opportunities? Relatedly, what are the real effects of reducing the output of the authoritative magnetic field, aside from preventing burnout, of course? Thank you in advance for any thoughts on this! -Meredith
