If you would like to join in we are doing this at 10 PM EST every night for 10-15 minutes. Even if you have 5 minutes to spare or want to join in every once in a while, you are welcome. It has been a very powerful experience and we have received the message again to ask others to join in. There is no set format, tune into the energy of all those involved and let the energy guide you. I personally tune in with Ong Namo... and tune out with long Sat Nams which sometimes go on for some time. It has been an incredible experience.
