Sat Nam,

Krishna Kaur will teacher our regularly scheduled Monday night yoga

class at Yoga House Studio on Monday April 23rd, 715pm

This is sure to be a joyful and uplifting class as Krishna Kaur

helps us realize and experience our authentic self through Kundalini

Yoga.

Krishna Kaur's work with incarcerated youth in the United States,

and her mission to train yoga teachers in Ghana, Africa, recently

caught the eye of fellow yogi Forrest Whitaker. (more on Krishna

below) In addition she was recently the recipient of a Hero Award.

Please join us at Yoga house for a fun evening and to meet this

extraordinary woman who has dedicated her life to serving others and

bringing peace through her commitment to yoga, her joy of life and

of spirit.
