As spring approaches and with it the desire to spend time outside, we would like to invite you to the Great British Yoga Festival. 5 Days of wholesome food, community, yoga, meditation and wonderful music in the beautiful grounds of Thorngrove House in Dorset. Each day will start with sadhana and there will be a full programme of workshops, exploring the theme of Mastery and Mystery, to choose from in the mornings, afternoons and evenings. Spring half-term holiday, in England, runs from the 28th May to the 1st of June which makes this an ideal opportunity for children to spend time outdoors, enjoy kundalini yoga and singing and lots of other fun and creative activities.
