Guest guest
Sat Nam Ji! Listening to sacred music or chanting mantra is meditating on the divine truths in a higher plane of reality. Mantra being the outer expression of the inner sounds, a connection to the Shabd; the word, sound current, through sacred mantra gives access to God himself, so when we reverberate with these sacred sounds, the depths of our being awakens fully to life. When you have that experience chanting or listening to a particular mantra THAT is the most powerful and life changing mantra for YOU. Sacred music is food for the soul and as Guru Nanak said, everything is music! Blessings, Guru RaviSee what's free at AOL.com.
