Guest guest
Sat Nam Dharam, It is a short version of my first name chistopher (chris) and the first initial of my last name " m " - this equals chrism. There are other meanings of this " name " and some of those meanings I do try to honor. The Kundalini is an " annointing " or " chrismming " of the physical body by divinity. Kundalini Yoga is a preparation for this annointing imho. -
