Guest guest
Somewhere I read instructions to do a meditation every day for 40 days minimum but I do not recall the why, if an explanation was given. Why? I read a book that says while bleeding do not bractice Breath of Fire, naval pumping or any inverted postures but no explanation was given. What is naval pumping and what could it do that would harm me? It seems strange to think I may be doing Yoga that has the ability to harm. I had been doing a meditation for the 1st Chakra a Long Ek Ong Kar with the intention of doing it the 40 days. Being as the abdomen is pulled in on Sat, is it okay to do the Ek On Kar Sat Nam Siri Wahe Guru when I am bleeding? If not, is there another meditation I can do for my 1st Chakra? Were there meditations created with women in mind that they could do that serve the same purpose of those that they are not to do or are we not destined to experience the same benefits as man from them being able to do them every day? Are there meditations a man is not supposed to do? Sat Nam, Brenda
