Guest guest
Sat Nam, The combination of Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga has been key to my growth and development as a balanced and effective yogi. Oftentimes I will begin with a sun salutation set and then some streches to tune to my body and ground my energy, then I'll do a set and end with a regular or Kundalini Yoga mediation. Sometimes I just do one or the other (K yoga or H yoga), and I find that most powerful, or highest wattage doesn't mean most spiritually effective and peace producing for me. I never throw in Hatha Yoga moves in the middle of a K yoga set, that wouldn't make sense, but doing one set before or after another can only help ground and extend the spectrum of energy we are working with.
