Guest guest
Sat nam everyone! The yoga studio I teach at has asked me to come to the assistance of a woman dealing with fertility issues. I know this topic has been brought up before but as I looked back on past posts I did not see specific mention of sets. Can anyone out there please share with me what kriyas and meditations would be helpful to serve this woman. Thank you so much and I know this comes late but thank you to those of you who answered my last post on appropriate sets for beginners. - Siri Chand Kaur
Guest guest
Does that mean 31 continous minutes of the pose with the breaths, or sets of 3 minutes, with one minute relaxations for a total of 31 minutese? I found the sets of 3 minutes at this website: http://healingsource.com/womanheart/yoga/sat_kriya/sat_kriya.html, since I wasn't familiar with Sat Kriya. Does anyone know? Thanks!
