Guest guest Posted April 28, 2007 Report Share Posted April 28, 2007 sat nam, I have been doing this set for years, and was told recently that the first exercise, which the manual says to do on one side only, was actually taught by YB to be done on both sides. Exercise 1 is lifting one leg straight out to the side while holding the opposite arm parallel to the floor. The published version says do it only for the right leg and " Do not change sides " ; but the group I practice with here in L.A. is hearing different. Can anyone clarify?
