Guest guest Posted May 1, 2007 Report Share Posted May 1, 2007 I have taught extensively in facilities shared by other lineages of kundalini yoga, which used kapalabhati pranayam. The distinction they made was that the emphasis was on the exhale, as opposed to equal inhale and exhale in Yogi Bhajan-taught breath of fire.
