By Guru's apaar Grace I am experiencing Yogi Ji's poems: Furman

Khalsa, which belong to His children and future generations as per

Yogi Ji.

I would appreciate and be greatful to GuruKa Singh Ji for elaborating

more on second poem : Devotion: Bhagti, under the subtitle: Muktee Dee

Kunjee.

In particular

1a) What is the key to identify that Sushmana is vibrating

1b) How long normally the vibration may last

1c) Does the vibration continues once it gets triggered at one point

of time or gets started with the held breath

2a) How long the breath may be held for

2b Should the breath be held when Sushmana starts vibrating

3) Where should be the focus of consciousness with the held breath

4) Would listening to Har Har would be a sufficient condition or how

can one chant Har Har while holding breath, Does this mean inner

chanting?

5) Which would be the most appropriate asana for this connectivity

6) Could any asana be appropriate

Experienced teachers/ members may also please reply and guide this

novice learner.

Sangat may please pardon mistakes and bless ( Bhul chuk de Mafi)

Wahe Guru Ji ka Khalsa

Wahe Guru Ji ki Fateh!

Bhai Sahib Ji - First of all, this poem describes an experience that is

hard to put into words, but I shall endevour, with Guru's kirpa, to do my

best to answer your questions.

1a) What is the key to identify that Sushmana is vibrating

When it vibrates you will know. It feels like an electric current and your

spines stretches straight and jalunder bhand is automatic.

1b) How long normally the vibration may last

That varies according to the individual experience.

1c) Does the vibration continues once it gets triggered at one point of

time or gets started with the held breath

The breath is not held. The navel point is pulled as the syllable " Har " is

chanted repeatedly so the beat of the breath is at the navel and the sound

is produced from the navel. When you finish chanting you inhale and suspend

the breath applying the Maha Bhand and focusing at the top of the skull.

2b Should the breath be held when Sushmana starts vibrating

No. Breath will be automatic.

3) Where should be the focus of consciousness with the held breath

As " Har " is chanted, the focus is at the navel point. When the energy

releases and flows upwards, the eyes will spontaneously be drawn upwards as

well.

4) Would listening to Har Har would be a sufficient condition or how can

one chant Har Har while holding breath, Does this mean inner chanting?

It is the beat of the breath and the chant in rhythm from the navel, out

loud. The tip of the tongue strikes the upper palate.

5) Which would be the most appropriate asana for this connectivity

6) Could any asana be appropriate

You must sit with a straight spine. You can sit in easy pose or even in a

chair if necessary as long as the spine is straight.

In the Name of the Guru, the Light of every Sikh and the Holy Naam which

holds the world.

humbly, .....Guruka Singh
