Dear Solstice missal leaders, bazaar booth renters, and workshop leaders:

You're invited to " post " invitations to join you at Solstice. Let us

know what your " missal " is like, what we can expect at your " booth, "

and what we'll learn at your workshop. Musicians, perhaps you could

even share when you'll be playing Sadhana or which night at Yogi Tea

cafe you'll be jamming.

(And anyone else please feel free to share your thoughts or questions

about this annual event around which the late Yogi Bhajan said to

revolve ones life).

Many of the 1,004 worldwide members of 3HO's international group will

appreciate this extra insight into Solstice, perhaps enticing many of

us to commit to attending (www.3ho.org).

Sat Nam. I'll be one of the presenters conducting a workshop on "Relationships" on Monday, June 18th from 2 to 5 PM in the 3HO Tent. I will, of course, be shamelessly promoting my book, MARRIAGE ON THE SPIRITUAL PATH: MASTERING THE HIGHEST YOGA! On another topic, my thanks to Dharam Singh who kindly pointed out to me the typo in one of my previous postings where I gave a quote incorrectly. For those of you who may or may not have noticed, the correct quote is, "The stars impel, they do not COMPEL." (I had written impel in both places! ooooops) Thank you Dharam Singh! If you are a musician - classical, jazz, kirtan, rock, folk, instrumentalist, singer, amateur or professional, etc. - please consider bringing your instrument to Solstice and making yourself known. The room next to the Solstice Security Office (by the Men's bathroom) is used as a practice and instrument storage area. Hang out there and you're bound to find other musicians to hook up with. There are plenty of opportunities to make music: from uplifting, spirited kirtan to blissful sadhanas to get-down-and-boogie jams to late-night drum circles.

For me, one of the most beautiful things about Solstice is the divine music that happens when people of spirit join to experience the true universal language with and for each other.
