Guest guest
If you need any supplement or parasite support for your travels Deva, my wife, and I have come up with some protocols for traveling especially in India. We were there for three weeks three out of the last four years. Good luck in your travels. I also have some general recommendations for how to take care of yourself and your psyche while you're traveling. I can be reached below. I am a slow typist so verbal works best for me right now.. Guest guest
Sat Nam- I made my first trip to India this year for the International Yoga Festival in Rishikesh. This is an annual event and Gurmukh taught KY classes every day. I went with the Ambassadors for Children group. We also support humanitarian efforts in the area. I was able to teach art in the ashram and work in an orphanage as well as attend the yoga festival. Information on the group and the trip for next year is at www.ambassadorsforchildren.org Click on the link for upcoming trips on the homepage. I've traveled all over the world is this was the most incredible trip that I've ever taken. The volunteer work is purely optional, but it was my karma yoga for the trip and added to the whole experience. I recommend it. Guest guest
Sat Nam. Depending when you are going to India, Nirinjan Kaur is teaching weekly KY classes in Delhi. She will not be there June-September however. Also, I’ve arranged travel to India for Yogi Bhajan and groups he brought to India, and travel there two times a year now, so if I can be of any help, let me know. With love and prayers, satsimran
Guest guest
Sat Nam, Gurudass Singh and I will lead a Yatra to India in October 20007. We'll meet in Delhi on October 10th and leave the 27th. We're visiting Riishikesh, Dharmasala and Amritsar - doing Kundalini Yoga & Meditation and Ashtanga based Vinyasa along the Ganges, at the Golden Temple and in the Himalayas. Please take a look at http://www.YogaHouseStudio.com (look under Workshops) for more details. Gurudass Singh has been leading trips to India for years now and Elizabeth (Gurmukh Kaur), the director of Yoga House Studio, grew up in Asia and most recently was in India in 2004. We'd love to you have you join the group of wonderful folks that are gathering for this journey to the magical and richly textured land known as India.
