Sat Nam,

 

My name is Bhajan Kaur and I am the new 3HO General Manager (3HO

Foundation - Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization). What is 3HO? It is

a nonprofit organization founded by Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini

Yoga. " 3HO Foundation is an organization which is a ray of hope

applying conscious awareness to body, mind, and spirit. " ~ Yogi

Bhajan

 

I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 1992. I took the

Master's Touch Kundalini Yoga teacher training program in New Mexico

in 2002 which rapidly transformed my life. Two weeks upon my return

from Master's Touch and after living in Hollywood, CA for 15 years,

I found myself moving across country to return to my home town of

Bloomington, IN to open a Kundalini Yoga center with other Kundalini

Yoga teachers. A year later, we moved the yoga center and it became

an ashram too. The Bloomington Kundalini Yoga community is filled

with great yogini's and is still growing. Wahe Guru.

 

After 2 years in Bloomington, my destiny brought me to Espanola, NM;

the home of Yogi Bhajan and many of his nonprofit and for profit

businesses. I have been working with 3HO for just over 2 years and

recently was given the opportunity to serve as the 3HO General

Manager.

 

I wanted to reach out to you and let you know that I am here. I
