Guest guest Posted May 9, 2007 Report Share Posted May 9, 2007 Sat Nam, One of my students told me that after our last class her arms grew numb and that this was a result of a 7 minute breath of fire meditation. She was advised by her physical therapist to be more gently in doing breath of fire and that there were small muscle groups just below the neck which probably got too much exercise in that session. Has anyone heard of this before? She also asked me about the benefits of Body Drops and I replied that it was an exercise for apana/elimination. Are there any other benefits from this exercise?
