Guest guest
I did white tantric in Millis MA last Sat. and I've been very spaced out all week. I was just wondering if anyone had the same reaction or if there is something I could be doing to help myself, or maybe I should just be enjoying it. We were working on releasing fear and the liver. I'm thinking maybe I released a lot of toxins and that's what made me spaced out? Maybe I should be drinking more water? Anybody know? Guest guest
Sat nam, members. Not only is a great idea to "post" invitations to major kundalini yoga events, but also it's appreciated by the members to post afterwards about the experience of the event. Was it uplifting and if so, how? How did a major yoga event you attended contribute to awareness, to ideas you had that added value to your plan, your destiny, to questions, to issues, to life?Share your creativity....AA Don't be flakey. Guest guest
Sat Nam! I was lucky enough to be in Millis for White Tantric on May 5 also. I felt completely uplifted throughout the whole day. I had been having some challenges in my life and for the first time in a long time it felt like I had come home. The next day I was floating on air. I'm afraid I was almost obnoxious in my enthusiasm about the event! (Non-yoga people just kind of nod their heads as their eyes glaze over when I extol the virtues of White Tantric.) But then, of course, life happens. The second day brought me added challenges, material and spiritual. I dipped, emotionally, but I came back. I know how important it is after Tantric to keep a journal and follow my progression. I confess I had a yoga journal that I was keeping after Winter Solstice, but I didn't keep up, and now I'm going back into that. Writing helps me to follow myself. I also do a daily meditation that I've been at for more than 90 days and I'm continuing, and doing a meditation or kriya for 40 days after Tantric is suggested. Drink lots of water, yes! I find the fresh air in the good spring weather is a help too. Thanks for your thoughts! Ananda Plymouth, MA Kundalini-Yoga , " Charles D. Guest guest
Besides feeling spaced out, I also felt more calm, fearless, slept better, and had wonderful dreams. Sat Nam, Kartar Kaur
