Guest guest
Sat Nam! I am in Kundalini teacher training Level 1 at Yoga West. My question is can we teach a Kundalini Yoga mantra that we do not personally know a particular meditation for. For instance, I do not have instructions for a meditation for the mantra " Har Har Mukunde " but I would still like to teach it. Can I teach students to chant this mantra (or any other KY mantra) for 11 minutes sitting in easy pose, or would this be incorrect? There are many mantras that I enjoy, but I do not have a vast ammount of meditation manuals. Sat Nam! Charanpreet

Most meditations are simply sitting in easy pose and hands in Gyan mudra. Blessings, Awtar Singh

Guest guest
sat nam , I am surprised ,my manual level 1 instructor is full of meditations ;that would fill a good amount of classes if you did one at a time and then pick them again as you know them better and better with time . Guest guest
Har Har Mukunday meditation is the "Foundation for Infinity" set in the Level I Teachers' Manual. The meditation is part of the kriya. I would not teach it as a separate meditation without finding specific instructions. Sat nam, Jagatjeet
