Guest guest
Sat Nam Sunaina & Everyone,I've personally found that anger can be tied to an overtaxed liver, especially when I feel angry or short-tempered for no apparent reason. In , the liver is sometimes known as the "seat of anger," and imbalances can cause mood changes such as anger and irritability. My triggers seem to be consumption of alcohol and caffeine, but liver imbalance can also be caused by overeating or consuming too many sweets or fried foods.During a recent bout of unexplained irritability, I did the kriya called LET THE LIVER LIVE from the manual "Owner's Manual for the Human Body," and it worked wonders. I felt much relief just from doing the set one time. This is the same manual that contains the set TO RELIEVE INNER ANGER, which others have mentioned. It can be purchased here:http://store.a-healing.com/17048.htmlBlessings,Simran
