best kundalini yoga for golfers ?

Sat nam,

 

Here's what Yoga Journal recommends for golfers; anyone out there have

recommendations for what kundalini yoga asanas, kriyas or meditations

are good for golfers? I remember Guruchander telling me years ago

that 11 minutes of archer pose, each side, was great for improving

focus, and thus helpful in sinking puts.
