Pranic System Energy Exchange, most likely not an allergy

Dear Sat Avatar Kaur, Sat Nam --

In my humble opinion this isn't an allergy. From a yogic perspective

yawning is a " prana transformative balancing act. " So it was when

Yogi Bhajan would " flip " the septum in his breathing (which made a

sound that was unmistakable), in order to switch his breathing

automatically from one nostril to the other. In doing so, going from

sun to moon breathing, he was balancing his energy and it was his

energy that was balancing, supplementing and complementing ALL the

consolidated and composite energies in the room, which was of course,

his " human workshop. " We were the boards and sticks he transformed

into many things, flutes, guitars and other wonderful instruments. So

understand in mid-moment your energy is shifting when you begin to

compulsively yawn, your " Eighth body, the Pranic Body " is doing a

major energy shif overhaul within itself, and so the Pranaic Body is

giving you some homework. I could describe for you a specific Pranic

Body exercise that I witnessed on a taped class in January 1989, from

Espanola wherein Yogiji was teaching the children from the school in

India who were home on winter break. He taught it to children, he

didn't teach it to us, but I somehow saw (perhaps it was meant for my

inner child, who needed rebuilding at that time) but I practiced it.

It is without question for me the most simple, most powerful single

breathing practice I've learned or practiced in all the almost 4

decades. Then again, I have a very pronounced EIGHT in my

numerological makeup (number of Karma and Destiny, both). Therefore,

Pranayama for me can deliver the whole enchilada on a a beautiful

plate, so to speak. I would say that you may benefit deeply from this

particular practice, but I would prefer to have a conversation about

it rather than merely write about it on this forum.

Please let me know, by email or phone krishna, cell-

541-337-8595.

In short, I don't think this is a " real problem " I think it's a real

opportunity for you. You simply need to work the Pranic Body more

skillfully, with an understanding of what it can do for you. Believe

me, it can make the difference in everything else (which is why, I

believe, that the chakra-subtle body system generally given to the

world within Hatha Yoga models is deliberately " not the full deck of

cards. " But the Seven Chakra system gives no clue about how the

" human Being " gets energized. That's the Piscean of keeping

everything under control, and the cover on that secret was blown by

our teacher when he began to teach Kundalini Yoga to all). And for

that, Wahe Guru!

for many Blessings,

Krishna Singh
