Guest guest
Dear Friends, Sat nam! I recently returned from Indiana where I spent 5 weeks with my mother who transitioned May 4th. I have written a 14 page story about my experience with Mom/Ruth, who first introduced me to yoga in 1968. She radically altered her life at the age of 53 when serious health problems presented her with the choice of die or change her life style. Ruth started the first Self-Awareness Center in Evansville, Indiana and was Evansville's first yoga teacher. She was a pioneer who brought yoga, meditation, Reike, Feldenkrais and other new age experiences to the Mid-West for the first time. In the end at the age of 91 when she was immobilized with spinal stenosis, Hospice told her she was too healthy to die. My sister Kirin Kaur and I worked with Mom in her last weeks to assist her in merging with the Light. I am happy to report that Ruth is doing very well on her next assignment. I would like to share an unusual story about life and death with you. The most beautiful thing is that Mom maintained her sense of humor to the end. I include many of her final jokes. You will laugh and you will cry. The full story is available in html format on www.yogatech.com/nmb This is issue #132 of New Millennium Being. Many blessings, Guru Rattana (of the KY manuals) Coronado/San Diego
