7:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

 

Local Yogis have joined forces with the Midtown Global Market, Lake

Street Council and even the Mayor to begin planning the MIDTOWN YOGA

FESTIVAL.

 

The Festival will offer demonstrations, classes, meditations, and

lectures in various forms of yoga, including Kundalini Yoga, Bikram

Yoga, CorePower Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, and Kriya Yoga and

Kirtan (devotional chanting). Rajmarie, owner of Geetanjali Fashion in

the Market will provide authentic Hindu music and dance performances,

and there will be yoga geared towards special interest groups such as

Yoga lead in Spanish, Yoga for Kids and Yoga for Seniors.

 

Yoga Businesses, Teachers and Performers may rent a vendors table for
