Guest guest
Sat nam, ji! How many of this group's 1,000 plus members would love to have an online alarm clock, with which to do the meditations assigned by some yogic therapist, such as Guru Dev, Guruchander, Dyal, or any of the other amazing healers in 3HO? Well, I just found a good one. A nice counting-down clock appears on your screen, beeping when the 3 or 11 or 31 minutes is up. So convenient, and FREE! Just click here to download: http://computer-alarm-clock.com/saythetime/default.html?lid=ggl & more=GoogleAdWor\ dsContent%20alarm%20clock%20software & gclid=CPuTvezH1IwCFSgRGgodN08kuA Sat nam! Guest guest
Well, we live and learn. The nice on-line alarm count-down clock I recommended for meditating by your computer, http://computer- alarm-clock. com/saythetime/ default.html? lid=ggl & more= GoogleAdWordsCon tent%20alarm% 20clock%20softwa re & gclid= CPuTvezH1IwCFSgR GgodN08kuAdoes in fact have a cost. Turns out the free offering I just downloaded is a "trial" offering. So, if any computer people in land find an actual free online clock with which one can count down and have an alarm after a set time, we'd love its link.Blessings,Amar AtmaCharles D. Guest guest
If not, there is a great small timer I bought from Karam Singh in Washington,DC and I think that Avtar Kaur from San Francisco was also selling them at Winter Solstice this past year, it doesn't startle you, but will just vibrate enough for you to hear it, it also has a light which will blink if you want no sound. It was reasonably priced around 30$...I carry it with my valuables when I travel!
